Be part of work that is shaping the future of the Dubbo region. In this role, you'll contribute to major projects across the renewable energy zone and broader land development space supporting initiatives that are innovative, evolving and regionally significant.
You'll work across a diverse mix of property matters, gaining exposure to complex, long-term projects that require curiosity, organisation and a willingness to learn. This is a role where you'll build your capability while making a genuine contribution to work that has real impact.
Supported by a small and highly collaborative team, you'll be encouraged to ask questions, explore solutions and grow your experience in a dynamic and meaningful environment.
You'll make an impact by
Supporting major, future-focused projects across the renewable energy zone, land development and infrastructure space
Undertaking property transactions and investigations, including acquisitions, road closures, leases, licences and land dealings
Contributing to the drafting and negotiation of property agreements, contracts and tenure arrangement
Assisting with research, reporting and documentation to support Council decision-making and strategic outcomes

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $78,184 to $90,862.
