As our Operations & Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with management, support workers, participants and families, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries

  • Supporting participant onboarding and service commencement

  • Assisting with staff rostering and scheduling

  • Maintaining accurate client and staff records

  • Coordinating documentation, compliance and filing systems

  • Assisting with invoicing and administrative processes

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff compliance requirements

  • Managing office operations and supplies

  • Liaising with participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals

  • Assisting management with operational projects and business development initiatives


About You

The successful applicant will:

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving abilities

  • Be confident managing multiple tasks and competing priorities

  • Possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

  • Present professionally and maintain confidentiality

  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team


Desirable Experience

  • Administration experience

  • NDIS, disability, community services, healthcare or aged care experience

  • Rostering and scheduling experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based software systems

  • Customer service experience


Essential Requirements

  • Current Driver Licence

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Working rights in Australia
