Coast and Country Community Services is looking for a friendly and capable Administrative Support Officer to join our Customer Journey team in Young, Hilltops region.

This is a meaningful part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys providing practical support with a personal touch. You will play an important role in helping clients, families, volunteers and internal teams access the information, services and support they need.

About Coast and Country Community Services

At Coast and Country Community Services, we support people across southern NSW to stay connected to their community, access essential services, maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Our services include community transport, NDIS support, Meals on Wheels, social support programs, community companions and other practical supports that help people feel valued, included and connected.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our Customer Journey team by providing responsive, accurate and professional administrative support.

This role will suit someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys working with systems and records, and takes pride in helping services run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person

  • Supporting client intake, bookings and service enquiries

  • Maintaining accurate client, booking and administrative records

  • Providing friendly and professional customer service

  • Coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery

  • Assisting with general administration, documentation and follow-up tasks

  • Supporting a positive client experience from first contact through to ongoing service support

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and has strong attention to detail

  • Communicates clearly, respectfully and professionally

  • Has strong customer service skills and enjoys helping people

  • Is confident using computers, Microsoft Office and administrative systems

  • Can manage competing priorities in a busy service environment

  • Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team

  • Brings a positive, flexible and solutions-focused approach

Required Checks and Certifications

The successful applicant will need to hold, or be willing to obtain prior to commencement:

  • Working With Children Check

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Point to Point Passenger Transport authorisation or relevant clearance

  • Provide First Aid Certificate
